Break free from eating healthy & exercising

A strict regime of healthy eating and regular exercises can be a source of stress in some individuals, even if it is proving beneficial. What do you do then?

Break free from that strict regime of healthy eating and regular exercise at least once in a fortnight to break the monotony.

Return back to your regime again after a day’s break and get back to healthy eating immediately but slowly grade your exercises.

This approach makes the whole experience pleasant without greatly compromising on the gains made. At least it releives you of the stress, which in itself is harmful too; perhaps more harmful than due to breaking free and indulging in something that you like.
