The fast pace in today’s world leads to stress and anxiety adversely affecting health. There seems to be no escape – but is there a way to neutralize this. With regular practice, student learns how to harness this thought force for their benefit. These methods of spiritual breathing exercises and meditation have been found useful to get rid of asthma and other breathing problems, high blood pressure, spondilitis, backache, joint pain, insomnia, depression and several other ailments.

The Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh is a charitable trust where all teachers and volunteers work in the spirit of service, without any remuneration, to spread this knowledge. At present, the sangh is conducting Brahmavidya classes in Marathi, Hindi and English at over 225 centres in Mumbai, Pune and Ratnagiri. Any one over the age of 18 can join the Basic Course, which lasts for 22 weeks. Classes are conducted once a week for an hour and a healf. New batches of the Basic Course in English will commence soon at 26 centres across Mumbai.
