Drink water to reduce weight

A new research has found that adults who drink eight or more glasses of water per day burn more calories than those who drink less. The overall effect is loss of weight.

The mechanism is not known; it is an observation made by researchers that may help people to reduce or maintain ideal body weight just by drinking some extra water in addition to diet control and exercises.
