Guava for younger skin

As we age, so does the skin. There are many internal and external factors that lead to skin damage. Guavas being rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A and antioxidants like lycopene and carotene helps protects your skin from wrinkles and fine lines, thus making you look younger.

Being a seasonal fruit, eat guava as often as you can, to prolong the ageing process.
