How to live long

It’s so easy to live long.

Just follow these 4 things and you could protect your heart and reduce death risk:

  1. Exercise: Do regular exercise.
  2. Mediterranean-style diet: See link.
  3. Normal weight: Do not get overweight.
  4. No smoking: If you smoke, stop today.

These are lifestyle changes as doctors would say.

Are they difficult….not at all….yet we let go the chance to live long!
