Link between month of birth and health

If you are born in May, you have the lowest risk of disease.

Those born in October have the highest risk of disease.

Those born in March face a higher risk of heart diseases – atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure and mitral valve disorder.

This was the finding of one research that was published in the Journal of American Medical Informatics Association.

The research was done at the Columbia University and was the outcome of an algorithm developed to examine medical database. It was found that 55 diseases correlated with the month of birth.

This link may not be universal and be mostly applicable to those born in the US.
