Mental health during uncertain Covid times; its easy

The coronavirus era or the Covid era is an uncertain time for most of us – fear of contracting the virus, fear of loss of job, fear of not having courage to start going to workplace because of coronavirus scare and its consequences of losing the job etc.

During an uncertain time it is usually difficult to maintain your cool or so to say your mental health. The question to ask is ‘will the situation change if I worry’ and the answer is ‘no’. Instead one should try whatever best one can based on skillset and experience and hope for the best.

One of the mantra that helps manage mental health is to be happy even during uncertain times by ‘be yourself, with yourself, love yourself’ attitude. It is very important to maintain your cool or your mental health to avoid any effect on your body and psyche.

Remember, the uncertain times will pass…
