Pamper your face

Does your face look tired and dull?

Spend some time pampering it, either at a spa (once a month) or even at home (daily). It is easier doing at home.

At home, you can cleanse your face every night before going to sleep. Use a good face wash, keep it for about 2 minutes and rinse the face thoroughly. While the face is still moist, apply a good moisturizer and head for sleep.

In the morning, while taking shower, wash this off with a good soap. After the shower, again while the skin is still moist, apply a good face cream preferably with SPF, especially if you are going to be out in the sun.

Make sure you apply the moisturizer or the face cream before the skin dries, and if it dries, moist it again by washing it with plain water and wiping the face.

Regular use of face wash as described above will also take care of blemishes on the face in addition to making you feel smart and positive.

Brands suggested are Neutrogena, Dove, Oil of Olay for great results and a feeling that you have actually pampered your face.
