Papaya for constipation

Papaya is a age old laxative that has been used historically to relieve or even cure constipation.

It is most effective for constipation when combined with fresh or dried figs.

At breakfast take a few pieces of papaya and 2 fresh or dried figs regularly to get rid of constipation.

However, if not possible to have papaya/fig in the morning at breakfast, it may be taken anytime but preferably before sunset!
