Quick detection of adulterated milk

Dr Harsh Vardhan, a minister in India has announced the development of a device that can detect adulterant in milk in about 40 seconds.

The device was developed by the Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI) in Pilani, Rajasthan, India.

The minister revealed about the device while in the ceremony to mark the 64th anniversary of CEERI.

The device can detect the adulteration at a cost of just 5 paisa, said the minister.

The device will be available in the market for use by general public soon.

Hope this will stop or reduce milk adulteration!
