Some alcohol drinking tips

If you don’t drink alcohol, you might think it may not interest you. But if you understand it you may be able to advise others who indulge…and change the course of their lives for good.

The Tips:

  1. Keep your alcohol consumption low. Just as low BP or cholesterol is good for health, so is low consumption of alcohol good for health and longevity.
  2. Avoid drinking 2 days a week; it helps your liver to recover and reduces complications. It also prevents dependency on alcohol.
  3. Do not drink alone; you tend to drink more when alone.
  4. Seek professional help if drinking is in excess and is causing problems at work the next day. It is just the beginning and can be sorted out easily. Do not deny yourself the help.
