Tenwells to Beingwell

How do I stay well; is a question, many who get ill repeatedly ask.

People get ill for 2 reasons – either their body make-up is improper or all is fine and they don’t take care.

Whatever be the reasons, to stay well follow the 10 wells (TenWells) to Beingwell:

1. ThinkWell: Everything starts here. If you think well then you can move mountains. Always think positive. Tell yourself you can do it.

2. BreatheWell: Breathing is life. In this stressed world, unfortunately, we have to learn to breathe well. Proper oxygenation of tissues keeps the body alert.

3. NutritionWell: No can force any junk food through your throat. Have you ever thought that it is you who makes the wrong choices leading to diseases. We all by know about unhealthy foods, yet eat them. Eat healthy foods.

4. HydrateWell: Water is life too. Drink enough water. Energy drinks or aerated drinks are really not required.

5. ExerciseWell: Move. Be active. It is very important to be physically active. Walk, swim, gym – anything that keeps you on your toes.

6. PostureWell: Bad posture at work and home is causing a lot of diseases. Learn to posture yourself well for the job/work you are doing.

7. De-stressWell: We all get stressed up everyday multiple times. If you don’t you are lying. What you need to learn and do is to de-stress yourself.

8. GelWell: Have friends and relatives with whom you can mix up and share. It’s magical.

9. FeelWell: Keep your feel-good factor high. Never feel low….it’s a vicious cycle.

10. SleepWell: Finally, sleep well and enough to get rest. Sleep is very important for recovery.

These Tenwells to Beingwell will keep you in a high state of wellbeing.
