Watermelon juice after exercise

A new study has found that watermelon juice may be able to relieve muscle soreness that typically occurs after exercise. This is due to an amino acid, L-cirulline, present in watermelons.

An earlier research had shown that watermelon juice has the potential to increase muscle protein and even enhance atheletic performance.

It is worth trying to have watermelon juice after exercise.
