Ways to be happy

Of the many things required for survival, happiness is important too.

In fact, i is very important to be in a happy state.

Just as health is required to enjoy happiness, happiness is one of the ingredients required to produce health.

Remember, a sick person is not a happy person. Sickness robs away the happy state.

No happiness, no health; no health, no happiness!

Ways to be happy:

  • Be humorous, use humor and enjoy yourself
  • Have friends – they are stress busters
  • Have high self-esteem, be confident of yourself
  • Talk it out – to friends, colleague, boss
  • Share – do not confine things to yourself especially the unpleasant ones
  • Stay healthy – to enjoy happiness
  • Learn to manage stress – yoga, visualization
  • Have realistic expectations

A happy person is truly beautiful and a beautiful person is truly happy!
