Is cucumber the new multi-vitamin pill

Cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

As it contains most of the vitamins you need every day, I wonder if it can be called as the new multi-vitamin pill.

Isn’t it a great idea to have a cucumber daily as it will not only provide for enough roughage (to prevent constipation) and a feeling a fullness (good for weight-watchers) but also provide with enough of vitamins.
