Meditate for productivity at work

Meditation is known to reduce stress levels as well as to improve lifestyle and hence can have a positive impact on productivity at work.

A recent study by a Detroit-based company proves it. The company asked its employees to meditate on a daily basis and concluded that the benefits of meditation are very real.

Among those who meditated, absenteeism fell by 85 %, injuries by 70 % and the overall productivity went up by a stupendous 120 %.

The simplest and the easiest way to meditate was breathing exercises that can be done by anyone at one’s own desk. The breathing exercises are so easy that it does not require any special training. One can see YouTube to see what these simple breathing exercises are.

Do the breathing exercise daily and see your own health and productivity improve. All it requires is about 10 minutes of your time daily.
