Never mention weight or cellulite in a fitness class

A research carried out by Northwestern University in the US has found that women’s body confidence can be impacted by what trainers utter during workouts.

Knowingly or unknowingly, the fitness trainers should be mindful of what they say as it can have a negative impact on participants, especially women. Phrases like ‘no more thunder thighs for us’ or ‘get rid of that cellulite’ makes more women feeling ashamed of their bodies after a class.

Quit the class if the trainer says discouraging words or sentences about your body and have a word with him later on! Never let an ignorant fitness trainer demoralize you!
