Onions as medicines

Not that if you don’t have onions, health benefits that you get from onions can’t be obtained from elsewhere.

The flavors depend on the season in which they are grown and consumed and vary from sweet and juicy with a mild flavor to sharp, spicy, and pungent

The possible health benefits of consuming onions include:

  • maintaining the health of skin and hair
  • help in improving quality of sleep

Unless allergic or other restrictions, try and get as much onions for its health benefits or to target any of the health conditions you would like to improve!.
