Sleep well for a fresh look

If you want to look and feel fresh and glowing the next day, it is best that you sleep in time.

Depending on cosmetics to look glowing will not help in the long run. Lack of sleep will eventually take a toll on the appearance of your skin.

Without adequate sleep or a disturbed sleep, the skin looks dull with grey and dark circles appearing around the eyes.

Lack of sleep can also result in blemishes.

  • A good cleanser, toner and moisturiser every day gives a glowing complexion as well as creates a good base for makeup.
  • Dermatological skincare products are preferred – especially skin smoothing cream, as an everyday moisturiser.
  • Dark circles due to lack of sleep can be managed by using a concealer to brighten the area. The light-reflecting particles in the concealer brighten the undereye area.
  • Exfoliate the skin at least twice a week – to get rid of the dead skin cells. Exfoliation helps to brighten the skin.
