Walking in a shopping mall

Walking is a great exercise. It can be done by all age groups and fitness levels.

Sometimes the question is where to walk as there are issues of safety, comfort, etc.

Walking in a shopping mall could be a good option.

A shopping mall is one place that is comfortable as they are air conditioned. It is safe too – there is personal safety as there are cameras in the mall. Also there is safety of not being hit by a vehicle or tripping over sidewalk cracks.

Since we all go to a mall for shopping or eating in their food courts, try walking too. You could walk up to 4 kilometres without much realising it. Change the pace of you walk if you can and you have done a great cardio workout.
