Why is Vitamin D important ?

Vitamin D helps to regulate the absorption of Calcium and Phosphorus that is so vital for bone and muscle health.

So even if your blood Calcium and Phosphorus are normal, they won’t be absorbed if the blood Vitamin D level is low.

Build up your Vitamin D levels by exposure to sunshine, eating foods containing Vitamin D. And if this doesn’t work you must see your doctor.
