How to reduce prostate cancer risk

A new research has shown that men can reduce their risk of getting prostate cancer by having an orgasm a day.

The risk of prostate cancer could be reduced by 25% by reaching an orgasm and ejaculating. The orgasm could be achieved through sex or masturbation

Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women Hospital did the research and found that those who ejaculated more than 21 times a month had a 22% lower risk of getting the cancer.

Jennifer Rider, a professor at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, said that as the research was observational it should be taken cautiously, adding: ‘At the same time, given the lack of modifiable risk factors for prostate cancer, the results of this study are particularly encouraging.’

For now, orgasm seems to be a modifiable risk factor to reduce the incidence of prostate cancer.
